Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel, the voices of Anna and Elsa, introduced the presentation with a new arrangement of Frozen Heart, according to the Associated Press. Technical failures interrupted the performance, but Bell and Menzel continued before Josh Gad presented Oooh, Samantha, a love song to be performed by Olaf in the sequel. Bell described the returning world as different, while Menzel called it more mysterious, the AP reported.
