Faraya is a mid-range Lebanese restaurant that has earned its Bib Gourmand recognition by doing the fundamentals right: wood smoke, citrus, fresh herbs, and meat cooked to know when to stop. The menu reads like a proper Lebanese table, not a fusion experiment. Service is attentive without hovering. The room is modest and fills up, so book if you're coming Friday or Saturday. You'll find yourself ordering more mezze than you planned, which is exactly the point. It's the kind of place that works as well for a business lunch as it does for an unhurried family dinner.
